This is a great Original Prouction Cel of Mickey from Walt Disney's feature film, "The Prince & the Pauper." This 1990 cel comes signed by signed Andreas Dela.
He was the supervising animator for this film and is most noted for creating feature film characters such as Hercules from Hercules, Jafar from Aladdin, and Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.
